Servi Q 配膳・運搬ロボット
Servi Qはソフトバンクロボティクスと米Bear Roboticsが共同開発した配膳・運搬ロボットで、ソフトバンクロボティクスが2026年9月28日に日本国内で販売を開始した。同社が全世界で独占的に販売し、米国と韓国ではBear Roboticsが販売を担う。本体幅は約35cm、同社が公表する最小通過幅は45cmで、転回できない場所ではバック走行で退出できる。360度のLiDARで周囲を認識し、LiDAR SLAMで走行する。トレイは1〜3段から選べ、合計30kg（各段10kg）まで積載でき、サスペンションで揺れを抑える。18.5インチのサイネージと表情ディスプレイを備える。導入前に店舗環境でのトライアルが可能で、購入とレンタルの両方に対応する。料金は問い合わせとなっている。導入までの流れは、問い合わせ、トライアル、結果報告、申し込み、納品と初期設定の順で、保守とサポートは全国で対応する。
