Ray-Ban Meta (Gen 1)の修理活用シーン
ディスプレイ・レンズ修理
傷や故障したレンズ・ディスプレイの交換修理。専門設備と技術者による高品質な修理で元の鮮明な映像を取り戻します。
コントローラー修理
ボタン反応不良や接続不具合を持つコントローラーの修理。消耗品の交換を含む確実な修理対応を行います。
ご利用までの流れ
修理に進む前に：まずご確認ください
- STEP1 メーカー保証・無償交換のご確認 — Meta製コントローラーは、保証期間が過ぎていても、落下・水濡れ等の人為的な破損がなければ、無償で新品交換に応じてもらえるケースがあります（国内正規購入品の場合）。対象となれば、最も確実かつ無償での解決方法です。
- STEP2 当社での修理（メーカー対象外の場合） — 並行輸入・海外購入・人為破損などでメーカー対象外の場合は、当社で修理（スティック交換等）に対応します。診断・お見積りは無料です。

- ご購入時期と購入元（国内正規／並行輸入・海外）
- 症状の詳細（例：左右どちらのコントローラーか、ドリフトのみか など）
- 落下・水濡れ等の有無
上記をいただければ、メーカー無償交換が使えるかの見立てと、対象外の場合の修理可否・概算費用をまとめてご案内します。
Meta Ray-Ban Meta (Gen 1)の修理対応範囲と納期
- 対応範囲 — 電源不良・破損・バッテリー交換・センサー不調・ソフトウェア起因の不具合など。
- 納期目安 — 診断・お見積りは無料。軽微な修理は3〜5営業日、部品取り寄せを伴う場合は2〜4週間。
- 修理が難しい場合 — 診断の結果、修理が難しい・割高となった場合は、無理にお勧めしません。
お支払い・送料について
- 成功報酬制 — 修理が完了した場合のみ料金を頂戴します。万一直らなかった場合、修理代金と受付・返送料は頂戴せず、お預かりした前金は返金します（振込手数料300円および返送送料等の実費を除く）。
- お支払い — 修理代金＋受付・返送料 2,200円（税込）。大きな機器（3辺の合計が100cmを超えるもの）やロボットは、受付・返送料を個別にお見積りします。お見積りにご同意後、修理着手前に前金（銀行振込）でお願いします。着手（部品の手配）後のキャンセルはお受けできません。
- 送料 — 当社への発送はお客様のご負担です。修理完了品のご返送の送料は、受付・返送料に含まれます。
