- 対応範囲 — 電源不良・破損・バッテリー交換・センサー不調・ソフトウェア起因の不具合など。
- 納期目安 — 診断・お見積りは無料。軽微な修理は3〜5営業日、部品取り寄せを伴う場合は2〜4週間。
- 対応外の例 — 水没等で基板損傷が著しい場合は、買い替え＋下取りのご提案に切り替えることがあります。
お支払い・送料について
- 成功報酬制 — 修理が完了した場合のみ料金を頂戴します。万一直らなかった場合、修理代金と受付・返送料は頂戴せず、お預かりした前金は返金します（振込手数料300円および返送送料等の実費を除く）。
- お支払い — 修理代金＋受付・返送料 2,200円（税込）。お見積りにご同意後、修理着手前に前金（銀行振込）でお願いします。着手（部品の手配）後のキャンセルはお受けできません。
- 送料 — 当社への発送はお客様のご負担です。修理完了品のご返送の送料は、受付・返送料に含まれます。
